Terms of Service:

These general terms and conditions of Alvetia as a seller and you as a customer apply to all orders in the Alvetia online shop (alvetia.ch) and to those purchases for which Alvetia declares these general terms and conditions to be applicable.

scope

These GTC apply to all services provided by Alvetia in the online shop (alvetia.ch). The General Terms and Conditions become valid when a contract is formed. Deliveries, services and offers from Alvetia are made exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again. By submitting an order to Alvetia, you confirm that you have read these General Terms and Conditions and that you agree to them

conclusion of contract

All information about goods and prices within the ordering process are non-binding and are considered offers. Orders are binding for customers. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been dispatched. By placing your order, you accept the offer and the purchase contract is concluded. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. With your order you confirm that you are aware of the scope and content of your order. Questions in this context can therefore be clarified with us in advance. Small deviations and technical changes compared to our illustrations or descriptions are possible.

prices and shipping costs

The excellent prices include Swiss VAT (currently 7.7%) and exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs are displayed in the check-out before completing the order. The amount that is shown at the time of the binding order applies. There are also shipping costs, which depend on the shipping method and the size and weight of the goods you have ordered. You can find out more about the details under \»Shipping costs\». Alvetia expressly has the right to adjust the prices stated online at any time without prior notice and without further explanation. The time of the order on the website applies to the calculation of the prices.

refund policy

Every buyer has the right to return the items they have received to Alvetia within 14 days of shipment of the goods. For returns, the items must be returned in a hygienically perfect condition, otherwise the right to a return expires. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will bear the shipping costs for a return yourself.

payment

Payment is made by credit card. When paying by credit card, the processing time is approx. 3 days. If payment is not received within this period, Alvetia reserves the right to cancel the order and release the goods for sale again. Any transfer fees are to be borne by you.

late payment

If you are in default of payment, Alvetia is entitled to cancel your order and release the goods for sale again. If Alvetia has demonstrably incurred damage caused by the delay, Alvetia is entitled to assert this.

delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer within Switzerland. The goods are delivered by post. Goods that are in stock will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of payment at the latest. The delivery time of the post is usually 1-5 working days, unless otherwise stated for the product. This information is without guarantee. If the sender does not provide the correct address or an address where the post office cannot locate the person, the return costs charged by the post office must be borne by the customer. If the goods are not in stock when the order is placed, we will endeavor to deliver as quickly as possible. If non-compliance with a delivery or service deadline is due to force majeure, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the deadline will be extended appropriately. If the impossibility of delivery is based on the assets of the manufacturer or the supplier, both we and the buyer can withdraw from the contract if the agreed delivery date is exceeded by more than 2 months. Claims for damages due to delay or impossibility or non-performance, including those that arose before the contract was withdrawn, are excluded.

warranty

Upon arrival, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for defects and quality. In the event of obvious defects, these must be reported to us in writing within 10 days of receipt of the goods, as must hidden defects. Otherwise, the warranty is not applicable for these defects. In the case of complaints, the date of purchase must be proven with an invoice. The item complained about must be sent in with sufficient postage together with a copy of the invoice. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear. The warranty expires if the customer changes the delivered goods. During the warranty period, Alvetia has the right to rectification free of charge. Alvetia reserves the right to make individual decisions in the event of a warranty.

Right of retention and set-off

(1) The customer is only authorized to exercise a right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship. If the customer is in arrears with any payment obligations towards us, all existing claims are due immediately.

(2) You only have the right to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed or recognized by us. In addition, you only have a right of retention if and to the extent that your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Alvetia until all claims against the customer arising from the purchase contract have been settled in full. As long as this retention of title exists, the customer may neither resell nor dispose of the goods; in particular, the customer may not contractually grant any use of the goods to third parties.

Liability

No liability claims can be made against Alvetia for indirect damage or consequential damage to the customer or the shipping service, unless the damage was caused intentionally or negligently by Alvetia. In particular, you are responsible for damage caused by accidents, etc., which result from handling the product.

privacy

The data required in the course of business transactions are electronically processed and stored. Personal data will be treated confidentially. However, no liability can be assumed for the security of the data transmitted on the Internet. Alvetia reserves the right to use the data provided when ordering for its own marketing purposes, e.g. newsletter and more. coupons

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Voucher codes may not be passed on.

transfer of risk

The risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch by Alvetia.

Change of Terms and Conditions

Alvetia reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC at any time without prior notice.

place of jurisdiction

The place of performance and place of jurisdiction for both parties is Alvetia's registered office in Aarau.

Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid or void in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of the contract, insofar as a contractual partner is not unreasonably disadvantaged as a result.
